VPNJL account → subscription → client

Getting Started with the VPNJL Client

Open the user panel, get your subscription, and import it into the client for your platform. Follow the steps below, then confirm the connection using both the client status and your actual access results.

Menus vary across platforms and clients. “Configuration,” “Subscription,” and “Profiles” may refer to similar features, and buttons can appear in different places. Focus on the action you need to complete, then follow the client instructions in the user panel. Don’t rely on menu names alone.

Create an Account and Open the User Panel

Select “Start Free” below to open the VPNJL account creation page. Follow the prompts to set a username and password. No email address is required. You’ll use your username to sign in, so keep your password somewhere safe and don’t reuse a password from a public profile or another service. Before submitting, check your entries, especially for extra spaces copied along with the text.

Once your account is created, follow the prompts to open the account overview. If you’re still on the sign-in page, use the username and password you just set. When you see options such as overview, plans, and downloads, you can continue to choose a plan. If you already have an account, select “Log in” at the top instead; there’s no need to create another one.

The goal here is to get your account ready, not to set up the client yet. Until you have a subscription, an installed client won’t have VPNJL route settings to connect to. If a message appears after you submit, read it carefully and check your entries before trying again. Don’t submit repeatedly. If you need help later, use the Contact page to open a support ticket. Tell support which page you’re stuck on, and don’t include your password.

Choose a Plan and Check Your Order Status

Go to the plans section in the user panel and consider how often you’ll use the service. If you use productivity apps, AI tools, or video services every day, compare the monthly subscriptions. If your schedule is less predictable and you only connect occasionally, consider a data package. VPNJL monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not on the first day of the calendar month.

Data packages are ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. They expire only when the data is used and do not expire over time. Compare the price, available data, and reset terms rather than looking at capacity alone. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the adjustment shown in the user panel before changing plans. See the Plans page for full details.

After choosing a plan, go to the order page and check the plan name, amount, and data allowance. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT as shown. If the external payment page confirms payment, return to the user panel and check the order and plan status. Don’t pay for the same order again just because the overview hasn’t updated yet. Refresh the panel to check again; if you’re still unsure, keep your order details and contact support.

All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices, and VPNJL offers a 14-day refund policy. Confirm that your plan is active before getting your subscription. Creating an account and activating a plan are separate steps. Download access depends on the plan status shown in the user panel, and installing a client does not activate a plan.

Choose This Plan

Get Your Subscription and Keep the Full Link

Once your plan is active, open the account overview in the user panel and find the subscription or client import option. The subscription gives your client access to the routes and related settings available to your account. It isn’t a webpage to open in a browser or a download link for an installer. If the panel offers an import button for your client, use it if available. Otherwise, copy the subscription link.

After copying the link, return to the client you plan to use and paste it when adding a subscription. Keep the full link intact: don’t remove anything after the question mark or use your username, password, or a regular website homepage as the subscription address. If the copy button gives no confirmation, try copying again and paste directly into the client’s input field to check that the link is there. Don’t paste it into a public chat or shared document first.

Your subscription link is an account access credential. When sharing a screenshot, submitting a support ticket, or asking someone for help, hide the full link and any identifying details in it. The example below shows the format using an explicitly fictional teaching value; it won’t connect to VPNJL. For your actual setup, use the link from your signed-in user panel.

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

If you can access the user panel but can’t find the subscription section, first check that your plan is active and that you’re signed in to the account used to place the order. Don’t copy a link from someone else’s screenshot. Once you have your own subscription, continue with the client for your platform. You don’t need to get a new subscription every time you connect, though you may need to refresh it in the client when the route list changes.

Open Account Overview

Import the Client and Select Your Configuration

Open the download section in the user panel, select your operating system, and follow the instructions to get the VPNJL client. The client and subscription are provided through the user panel; this guide does not link directly to installers. Download access depends on the active plan shown in the panel. Read the setup instructions for your platform before installing and opening the client. If the system asks for permissions, confirm the app’s source and follow the instructions.

For each platform, you’ll need a client that can accept subscription settings, manage routes, and connect. A browser extension or a standalone IP lookup tool isn’t a full client. The steps below explain how to find the usual options; exact button names depend on the client version provided in the user panel.

Get the Client

Windows: Add a Subscription from the Configuration List

Open the Windows desktop client provided in the user panel and look for “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or a similar configuration management page. Choose the option to add a remote configuration or import from a link, paste your subscription into the URL field, and enter a name you’ll recognize. Save it, then update or download the configuration and wait for the route list to appear. If the one-click import option in the panel opens the client, still check that the configuration was saved. Don’t assume the import worked just because the app opened.

Return to the client’s main screen, select the VPNJL configuration you just added, and check the route list. If you have other configurations, make sure the selected one is the new subscription, not an older configuration. Windows may also show options for a system proxy or taking over network traffic. Enable the mode described in the user panel, then verify the connection in the next step.

macOS: Check the Configuration and Permission Prompts

In the macOS desktop client provided in the user panel, you can usually add a subscription from the settings window or the menu bar’s configuration menu. Choose URL import or remote subscription, paste the full link copied from the panel, then save and update. Once the list shows region and route names, select the configuration. If the client only appears as a menu bar icon after installation, click it to find the main window or settings; there’s no need to reinstall it repeatedly.

macOS may ask you to allow a network configuration or component to run. Read the system prompt carefully, confirm it refers to the client you just installed, and grant permission as described in the user panel. System proxy and full-device routing modes may have different settings. For your first setup, use the option recommended in the documentation. After saving your subscription, return to the connection screen and select a route rather than staying in the configuration editor and changing the address.

Android: Add a Remote Configuration and Allow the Connection

Open the Android mobile client provided in the user panel and look for an add button in the configuration list. Choose import from URL, link, or subscription. Paste your subscription, save it, and update the configuration. When the list has loaded, return to the home screen, select the VPNJL configuration, and choose a destination region on the route screen. If the download fails, first check that the link is complete and your local network is working. Don’t try swapping in the fictional example values.

The first time you connect, Android usually displays a system VPN connection request. Check the app name and follow the prompt to allow the connection. If the connection stops when you switch to another app, check your device’s background activity and battery settings for the client, and adjust them according to your device’s instructions. Complete the import and grant the required permissions before troubleshooting the route; otherwise, a permission issue may look like a route failure.

iOS: Import a Subscription and Add the Configuration

Select iOS in the user panel and follow its instructions to get a compatible iOS subscription client. On this platform, you may be directed to the App Store. Open the client and look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or an add option. Choose import from link, paste the subscription from the panel, and save it. If the panel offers one-click import for your client, first make sure the link opens the intended app, then check that the subscription appears in the list.

After updating the subscription, select the configuration and route you want, then connect. The first time you connect, iOS may ask you to allow a VPN configuration and confirm your identity with the system. Follow the on-screen prompts. Allowing the system configuration and importing the subscription are separate steps; complete both. Even when the system VPN indicator appears, check access in the target app. See the next section for details.

VPNJL also supports Linux. On Linux, find the relevant instructions in the panel’s download section and use the recommended configuration import method; don’t follow the Windows menu path. Import your subscription configuration separately on each device. Unlimited simultaneous devices doesn’t mean system permissions, routing modes, or app settings sync automatically across devices.

Connect to a Route and Check Access

Return to the client’s main screen, make sure the VPNJL configuration is selected, choose a destination region from the route list, and connect. For your first session, choose a region that fits what you want to access; there’s no need to switch between multiple routes in quick succession. Once the client shows that you’re connected, check that the route name matches your selection, then open the app or website you want to use.

Next, use IP Check to see your browser’s current exit IP. Note that split tunneling can send different websites through different routes, so an IP check page showing your local exit IP doesn’t necessarily mean all traffic is bypassing the selected route. Check the client’s routing mode, rules, and results in the target app together. If the check page can’t retrieve information, don’t assume the connection has failed based only on that.

To check a target app, reload the page or reopen the app so new requests use the current connection. Once the page opens, check that actions such as signing in and loading content work as expected. Streaming content and AI tools may also depend on account region, subscription eligibility, and platform rules. A connected client doesn’t guarantee access to all platform content or change the region associated with your platform account.

If you still can’t access what you need, check your local network, selected configuration, subscription update status, and system connection permissions in that order. Then try another route in the same region for comparison. Don’t change the client mode, region, and app settings all at once, or it’ll be hard to tell what made a difference. Once everything works, keep the configuration that worked. Next time, you’ll usually just need to open the client, check the route, and connect.

If content appears to be in the wrong region, a platform shows an error, or playback isn’t working, read Streaming Troubleshooting Guide for more on exit IP types, account regions, and platform restrictions. This page covers only the initial connection. If you need to submit a support ticket, include your operating system, client message, selected region, and the app affected. Hide your password and subscription link so support can reproduce the issue step by step.

You’re all set when the configuration is imported and selected, the client shows a connection status, and the target app works as expected. Keep your account details and configuration safe. Next time, connect from the client.
