Gather the details

Start by explaining what you were doing, then describe what happened. Details from the steps you took make it easier to identify whether the issue is with the client, selected route, or order status.

Hide your password, subscription link, and other sensitive information before sharing screenshots. Never send your password or full subscription URL in a ticket; include only the error message and relevant status.

Check for a reply

Where can I check my ticket's status?

Return to the tickets section in your dashboard and open the relevant request to see replies. If asked for a screenshot or more details about your steps, reply in the same ticket to keep the troubleshooting history together.

No reply yet. Should I submit another ticket?

Keep updates about the same issue in the original ticket. Add details if a new message appears, the result changes after switching routes, or the order status updates. No standard response time has been published; check the ticket for replies.

What can I check before submitting a ticket?

Check your client connection and plan status in the dashboard, then note the selected region and exact error message. For setup help, see the Getting Started Guide. For help choosing a region and route type, see Server Locations.
