Account and Order Data
You can create a VPNJL account with a username and password; an email address is not required. Account identifiers, password verification information, and subscription status are used to verify sign-ins, manage plans, and provide the service. Please do not include personal details unrelated to service use in your username.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction reference, and refund processing details. They are used to confirm payments, verify entitlements, and resolve billing disputes. Total data usage is used for billing and to display remaining allowance; it is not used to infer browsing activity. Text and attachments submitted through support tickets are used only to handle the related request. Please remove passwords, subscription credentials, and other sensitive information before submitting.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNJL follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing history, request content, or communications, and it does not create activity records linking accounts to their browsing destinations.
When a connection is established, the service temporarily processes the connection state needed to maintain the session. This state is used only for the active connection and is released when it ends; it is not persistently retained as a traceable connection log. Authentication results, order status, and cumulative data usage are service management data, not browsing activity logs. When reporting an issue, provide the error and route name; a complete browsing history is not needed.
Visit Statistics and Local Storage
Website visit statistics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage so we can improve content and workflows. Statistics cover pages on this website and do not include browsing activity over international routes. Support ticket text, passwords, and subscription credentials should not be included in visit statistics.
If used, cookies support sessions or visit statistics. Local storage keeps sign-in credentials and interface preferences, such as language, so your browser can maintain your signed-in state. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings; doing so may require you to sign in again or reselect your preferences. After signing out on a shared device, we recommend clearing this site's data as well to prevent others from using your account.
Third-Party Payments and Disclosure
VPNJL supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant payment provider, and its rules govern data processing on its pages and transaction networks. VPNJL receives payment results and transaction references to match payments with orders; you do not need to provide payment account passwords through support tickets.
VPNJL uses only the data necessary to provide the service, process accounts, and handle requests, and does not sell personal data. Where disclosure is legally required, data is processed only to the extent required by applicable law. Payment providers may retain transaction records independently; deleting your account on this site does not delete those records.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and subscription data is retained while the service relationship is active. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to reconcile accounts, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal retention requirements. Support tickets and visit statistics are kept only until their handling or analysis purposes are complete, then deleted or de-identified. They are not retained indefinitely beyond those purposes.
To access, correct, or delete account data, sign in to the user panel and submit a privacy-related support ticket. VPNJL will verify account ownership and explain the scope of processing. Deletion may affect sign-in, subscriptions, and order lookup. Data still needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes will have its use restricted and be deleted once those obligations end.
Policy Updates and Request Handling
If data processing practices change, VPNJL will update this policy and the last-updated month on this page. Significant changes to data collection, use, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Any matter requiring separate consent will be handled as applicable.
If you have questions about this policy or data processing, use a support ticket in the user panel to describe your request and any relevant order. VPNJL asks only for information needed to verify and handle the request; do not post account credentials on public pages.
